Voters essentially made a Solomon-like decision in the recall election for two seats on the Sevastopol Board of Education. School-Board President Sue Todey retained her position on the board in the balloting Tuesday, but Board Vice-President Bill Behme was defeated in his bid to remain on the school board. The top vote-getter, overall, was Keith Volkman who picked up 663 votes, defeating Behme who finished with 599. Todey had 634 votes, besting Tim Bley who received 619 votes. It was pointed out that absentee ballots will count if they’re received by 4PM Friday. A total of 17 ballots fall into that category.
