Southern Door Elementary Awarded STEAM Grant

Grow Rural Education, sponsored by the Bayer Fund, has awarded the Southern Door elementary STEAM program a $10,000 grant. Door County Board Approves School Resource Officers

The Door County Board’s recent support of a school resource officers contingent within the sheriff’s department means that three deputies will move from their current positions to jobs at Gibraltar, Sevastopol and Southern Door schools. Due to the cold, a candidate forum for individuals running for seats on the Sevastopol Town Board at the Sevastopol Town Hall has ben cancelled.
