Swimmer Rescued at Cave Point
Monday in the early afternoon an emergency call was made from Cave Point County Park when a woman who was swimming had injured herself while jumping off the cliff into the lake. Death at Cave Point County Park Under Investigation
Saturday afternoon, shortly after 2:30, the Door County Sheriff’s Office was called for an incident at Cave Point County Park. It was reported that a 35 year-old male was swimming in Lake Michigan and while climbing out of the water he collapsed and fell back into the lake. Chicken Coop Fire in Jacksonport
There was a chicken coop fire in Jacksonport Tuesday afternoon. At 12:15 pm a neighbor luckily smelled fire and found the coop to be in flames at 3360 N. Sunrise Dunes Circle.
