Three of Four Seats Contested in Spring Election for Sturgeon Bay City Council

With a little more than a week to go before the spring election, it appears that three of the four seats up for election on the Sturgeon Bay City Council will be contested, two of the positions with write-in candidacies. Following primary voting in February, first district alderman Dan Wiegand faces the challenge of Kelli catarozoli who led all vote-getters in the primary. In district three, Martha Beller is mounting a write-in candidacy against incumbent Ed Ireland. Beller has declared herself a write-in candidate, as has Will Gregory, who is running against Bob Schlicht in district seven. In district five, Jerry Stults is the incumbent alderman.
