Sturgeon Bay School District Sending Surveys

Homes located within the Sturgeon Bay school district will soon receive a survey in their mailboxes. The survey is the next step in a lengthy process to evaluate the district’s facilities and identify potential solutions to building challenges and opportunities. During the last several months, the school district has explored a number of potential solutions to address the district’s aging facilities, the oldest of which were built in the 1950’s and improve operational efficiency. The district is working with School Perceptions LLC, an independent firm with expertise in conducting community surveys. Feedback provided through the survey process is confidential and collected by school perceptions. All residents with mailing addresses in Sturgeon Bay should receive an eight page survey in the mail, which also includes a random survey number that can be used once. The community is invited to hear results of the survey at the Sturgeon Bay Board of Education learning session on Tuesday, November 5th at 5PM in the high school library. The results will also be placed on the district’s website, https://www.sturbay.k12.wi.us/
