Southern Door 5th graders made their annual trek to Green Bay Sunday and man an appearance on the 62nd Annual Cerebral Palsy Telethon on WBAY-TV. The highly energetic group performed excerpts from its 2016 musical “Doctor Doolittle 2” and brought with them a check representing their fundraising efforts for the telethon. This time, the amount was $52,879.18. In the 30 years that 5th graders have been raising funds for C.P., the overall total has surpasses a half million dollars.
