The Sevastopol Board of Education has allotted two days for interviews with candidates for the elementary principal and director of special education position. The closed door session will be held at the district office Thursday, beginning at 11:30AM. The second round of interviews will begin on Friday morning at 8:30AM. Again, the executive session will be held in the district office. The position has been open since former Principal Mary Donaldson tendered her resignation. During the school year, Dean of Students Craig Sigl handled the duties. Sigl has since joined the Sturgeon Bay School District staff as a math teacher. The decision by the Sevastopol Board of Education to forego extending Donaldson’s contract led to the formation of a group intent on recalling two of its members.
