The Sevastopol Town Board filled a vacant supervisory seat at a special meeting Saturday at the Town Hall in Institute. The board appointed Mark Haen to fill the seat left vacant when his father, Tony, passed away following surgery. Tony Haen won the seat on April 2nd after finishing with the second highest vote total out of a field of four candidates. With his appointment to the seat, Mark Haen will serve out the two year term running into 2021.
