For close to 20 years, crews of the US Coast Guard Cutter Mobile Bay have engaged in a community service project around Halloween by creating a ghost ship for community members. The “ghost ship” experience is free and runs from 5:30 to 9:30PM Saturday evening in Sturgeon Bay. Canned food donations are encouraged.
