Four Candidates for Open Sturgeon Bay School Board Seat

Four individuals have expressed interest in replacing Doctor Joel Kitchens on the Sturgeon Bay Board of Education. The deadline to apply was Monday afternoon. Kitchens, who was school board president for 15 years, resigned after he was elected to the state assembly. The board of education will meet on Thursday to interview each of the candidates from 5PM to 7PM. Based on the interviews, an individual will be asked to join the nine person school board and will serve until April of 2016.
