The Southern Door School Board will be holding a special meeting Monday(2/12) at 5PM in the Southern Door District Office. After roll call, the board will immediately adjourn into closed executive session with a stakeholder group as they will then be interviewing three finalists for the position of District Administrator.
The previous Administrator, Chris Peterson resigned last June, and Tony Klaubauf has been the Interim Administrator since early August while the school board has narrowed down the candidates to fill that position permanently. They have been collecting ideas and suggestions from district residents since then with a focus group gathering that information and guiding the board’s search for a new District Administrator.
That process continues with tonight’s(2/12) interviewing of the finalists: Brent Johnson, current Principal at Wausau’s Thomas Jefferson Elementary School, Kevin Krutzik, current Principal at Sheboygan Falls High School, and Marc Vandenhouten, current Southern Door Elementary School Principal.
