Tuesday morning there were multiple reports of vandalism in the Village of Egg Harbor, and those damages appeared to have taken place during the dark morning hours. Luckily, some camera footage of the suspects was shared on the Door County Sheriff’s Office facebook page and by Tuesday evening two suspects were already identified. Chief Deputy Patrick McCarty gives us the details……..
Those 2 suspects are juveniles so no further information is available concerning their identity, but Chief Deputy McCarty informed us that they will be referred to the juvenile court system. He also believes the sharing of the images on social media helped identify the suspects……
Thanks to the post being shared on social media, these suspects were identified within 24 hours of the crime.
