Sturgeon Bay High School will be the site of the Baylake Regional of the creative thinking and problem-solving program “Destination Imagination,” Saturday, from 7AM to 4:30PM. A total of 55 student teams from 14 schools will tackle a number of mind-bending challenges in the “stem” areas (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) fine arts and service learning. Similar tournaments will be happening in 40 states across the nation as students work toward statewide tournaments and the DI global finals in Knoxville, Tennessee May 25th through the 28th. The Baylake Regional in Sturgeon Bay begins at 7AM when the school opens, and culminates after the awards ceremony at 4:30PM.
