The Door County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help from the public in locating a female teenager from the Baileys Harbor area. Sofiya J. Ackerman was last seen at home Sunday evening. Indications are that she left on her own accord as she tried to conceal her departure and her whereabouts from her parents. At this time they do not have a description of her clothing or known possible destinations. Sofiya is 5-feet 7-inches, about 130 pounds, and has blond hair with blue eyes.
