Visitor Center Awarded Grant for Wayfinding Initiative

The Wisconsin Public Service Downtown Public Revitalization grant program recently awarded a $500 grant to the Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center to support the local downtown wayfinding design initiative. Seiler says the local changes won’t happen overnight…

In announcing the award, Carol Karls, Manager of Community and Economic Development for WPS, said the downtown project in Sturgeon Bay was a good fit for the revitalization grant. Karls said the project is intended to help attract and retain business, grow jobs, and create a sense of community by improving the downtown core.
