Three Arrested After Drug Bust in Sturgeon Bay

Late last week, the Door/Kewaunee Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at a home in Sturgeon Bay, concluding a six month long undercover investigation into the alleged trafficking of methamphetamine in Door and Kewaunee Counties. According to a news release from the Door County Sheriff’s Office, more than 40 grams of methamphetamine, along with drug paraphernalia, were seized at the residence. The search warrant and subsequent investigation led to the arrest of three adults who were taken into custody. Citations referred to the Door County District Attorney’s office included selling methamphetamine and marijuana, possession with intent to sell methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and felony bail jumping. Sheriff Steve Delarwelle commended members of the Door County Sheriff’s Department, Sturgeon Bay Police and the State Patrol for conducting a safe and successful drug investigation.
