Sturgeon Bay Waterfront Redevelopment Authority Meets Monday

It’s a fairly lengthy agenda for Monday’s meeting of the Sturgeon Bay Waterfront Redevelopment authority and most of the items have to do with some aspect of west side development. The seven person committee will consider a proposal for redeveloping the former Harbor Place site at 49 North Madison Avenue, selection of an engineering consultant for a tugboat relocation study, the authorization of requests for proposals for developing the grain elevator at 92 East Maple Street, and the creation of a lot for a waterfront parcel. Other matters to be considered include the appointment of members to the Waterfront Design Review Board and an update on west waterfront development activities. The meeting of the Sturgeon Bay Waterfront Redevelopment Authority will be held at 2PM Monday in the city council chambers at city hall.
