The search for Doctor Jeffrey Whiteside, missing since last week continues. On Wednesday, a grid search by air and on the ground was conducted in the area near Ephraim where the 63-year old Grand Chute physician was last seen, but to no avail. Whiteside has a residence and boat slip in Ephraim. He was with his family there on June 29th, but walked away and hasn’t been seen since. A group of more than a dozen people with dogs is expected to participate the search. Doctor Whiteside is well known in medical circles in Appleton and is currently connected with Fox Valley Pulmonary Medicine. Anyone who believes they may have seen the doctor is asked to contact the Door County Sheriff’s Department at (920)746-2416.
