An interim administrative position at the Boys and Girls Club of Door County in Sturgeon Bay has been made permanent. The organization’s board of directors has announced that Brian Stezenski-Williams is now the club’s Chief Executive Officer having been interim CEO since the spring of this year. Board Chairman Fran Shefchik praised Stezenski-Williams for his dedication and commitment to the local organization’s mission. Prior to joining the Boys and Girls Club chapter locally, Stezenski-Williams served as Executive Director for the Boys and Girls Club in Wausau which he helped launch and run from 1995 to 2018. He has led multi-million dollar capital and major gift campaigns as well as annual campaigns and special events. Stezenski-Williams holds a doctorate in history from the University of Wisconsin/Madison and has completed extensive leadership training through the Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
