State Representastive Joel Kitchens has scheduled two local listening sessions to gauge public opinion on the proposed 2015-2017 state budget. The Sturgeon Bay Republican will meet with constituents at the Sturgeon Bay Library, from 10-11AM, on Friday, February 27th. That afternoon, from 1-2PM, Kitchens will be at Algoma City Hall for a similar session. He has called the governor’s proposed biennial budget a starting point from which to fashion that will continue to move Wisconsin forward. Kitchens will be joined by State Representative Michael Schraa, a member of the joint finance committee.
