Sturgeon Bay Police and the Door County Sheriff’s Department are providing information for the general public about a registered sex offender who will be living in Sturgeon Bay. Sixty one year old Anthony Paschke will take up residence at an east side location in the city. Paschke served time for second degree sexual assault of a child, second and fourth degree sexual assault, and burglary. The information released by the Sturgeon Bay Police Department indicates that registered sex offenders have always lived in the city, but the passage of Act 440 allows law enforcement to share information with the community. However, the actions of citizens who who threaten, intimidate or harass a registered sex offender will not be tolerated.
