From Spruce Drive to West Elm Street, the entire roadway will be reconstructed to include storm sewers, curb and gutter, new pavement, bicycle lanes and sidewalk. In addition, the realignment of Maple Street at the intersection with County C is being explored. Storm sewer improvements will be required between County C and an outfall in Sturgeon Bay. Several potential routes are being investigated, construction is anticipated in 2017, and traffic will be detoured during construction. New, temporary and permanent right of way will be acquired to accommodate the construction and new roadway.
