An update on the process intended to transform the former Door County Highway Shop in Sturgeon Bay into the new home for the Emergency Services Department and the Aging and Disabilities Resource Center will be presented at 3:30PM on Wednesday August 31st at the Senior Center at 832 North 14th Avenue, Sturgeon Bay. Door County staff and representatives of the county’s consultant, Venture Architects, will provide an overview of the current status of the conversion of the highway shop next door. As part of the presentation, information on the status of the building process will be discussed. In addition, a view of interior concepts of the building will provide a sense of how the new EMS and aging and disabilities portions of the facility will be configured.
