An open house is planned for Sugar Creek County Park, in the Town of Gardner, on Saturday. From 1-4PM, visitors can inspect the new facilities at 2349 County N including new rest rooms, a foot bridge spanning Sugar Creek, and an 18-hole disc golf course nestled among the trees and hills east of the stream. There will also be disc golf demonstrations, an opportunity to play the course, walk across the new bridge and tour the rest rooms. The new improvements were all made possible by county funding, grants and many donations. The open house on Saturday is sponsored by the Friends of Door County Parks.
