The Kewaunee County Sheriff’s Department arrested a man early Monday morning on suspicion of a 10th offense of operating while intoxicated. Authorities were notified at approximately 4:15AM that a vehicle was parked in front of the Casco Post Office for several hours and appeared to be running with its lights on. Deputies responded to the scene and found a 56 year old Casco man passed out in the drivers seat of the running vehicle, along with several open beer cans. The man was arrested and booked into the Kewaunee County Jail and was released the next day on $10,000 bond. At this time the only filed charges the man faces is a count of keeping open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. He was last convicted of OWI in Brown County in 2009 and sentenced to 3 years in prison.
