Jacksonport Craft Cottage Sold

Jacksonport Craft Cottage Gifts will soon be under new management. The village shop, famous for its amish quilts, fine arts and crafts, has been sold to Amy and John Burris of Wisconsin Rapids. Joe and Sue Jarosh, who have been synonymous with the “Craft Cottage” for more than 30 years, will continue to work at the shop for the foreseeable future. The new owners are expected to be arriving in Jacksonport at the beginning of November. They also expect to add to the local population when their first child is born in January. The Jaroshes have decided to make their new home in Baileys Harbor.
