Kewaunee County health officials announced Sunday that the county has it’s first confirmed case of COVID-19. According to the release the patient is in their 80’s and has been hospitalized.
The public health department is working to identify & contact anyone who may have been in close contact with the patient, who will then be asked to self quarantine for 14 days.
There have been 62 Kewaunee County residents tested, of those 51 have come back negative, and 10 tests are still pending.
