The finishing touches on the Highway 42 project in Sister Bay are being attended to. According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, street lights will be installed between now and the end of the year, probably in early December. Between January and late-May, crews plan to begin work on the remaining sidewalk, landscaping and asphalt paving items as weather conditions permit with a tentative startup planned for mid to late April. All roads will be open to traffic during the winter months. The $5.8 million project in the Village of Sister Bay, from Country Walk Drive to Scandia Road, is scheduled to be completed in June of 2016.
