In an effort to improve information delivery and accessibility, Door County will soon begin work to upgrade its website. According to Joanne Kurowski, Technology Services Manager, the goal of the upgrade is to make government services accessible to all populations in the county. To that end, the site will comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act. Kurowski says a “notify me” feature will be added so updates on press releases, events, meeting notifications and electronic communications, along with other features, can be accessed more easily.
