Jarosh says the certificates are redeemed at 100% face value. He says, in 2017, nearly 9,500 Door County gift certificates, totaling more than $344,000, were given as gifts, mostly to non-residents. Close to $100,000 of the certificates were sold in December of 2017 alone…
