The Door County Community Foundation is moving to its new location in downtown Sturgeon Bay. The organization recently purchased the building at the corner of 3rd Avenue and Kentucky Street from Nicolet National Bank and will soon be occupying roughly half of it. The remainder of the building remains under construction which will configure it as a gathering and meeting space for other charities and community groups. It’s anticipated that the conference center will open in the fall. Meanwhile, the offices of the Door County Community Foundation will be closed through Tuesday, August 21st while the move to the new location at 222 North 3rd Avenue is underway.
