DCEDC Looking to Upgrade Web Site

The web site that serves the Door County Economic Development Corporation is in line for an upgrade and the local organization is seeking firm that can do just that. Jim Schuessler, Executive Director of the public/private agency based in Sturgeon Bay, says the web siteĀ www.doorcountybusiness.com has been the face of Door County outreach to entrepreneurs and prospective new businesses since 2011. Schuessler says, since that time, Door County’s business climate has accelerated a great deal and the web site needs to reflect that fact. Next year, the Door County Economic Development Corporation will celebrate its 30th year of service and an updated web site will play a key role in providing increasing awareness of the strong local economic climate for years to come. Requests for proposals are being solicited and must be submitted by December 5th. The revamped web site is expected to launch in the early spring of 2019.
