A position at the Door County Economic Development Corporation geared toward connecting local employers with current job opportunities and improving the programming that connects students at area school districts with local careers has been filled. Christina Studebaker was recently selected as Workforce Development Project Manager at the public/private agency based in Sturgeon Bay. Executive Director Jim Schuessler says her professional experience will be beneficial in the effort to address local workforce needs and connecting students with the wide variety of career opportunities in Door County. Studebaker has 13 years experience as a Vice-President for Theme Vision, LLC where she organized and conducted research projects tailored to address client issues and objectives. She purchased a home near Clark Lake about a year ago and has been seeking a way to utilize her communication, business development and analysis skills to relocate in Door County permanently.
