Council Approves 1st Reading of Sex Offender Ordinance

The first reading of an ordinance that sets up residency requirements for sex offenders was approved by the Sturgeon Bay City Council Tuesday evening. Lieutenant Henry says the ordinance restricts persons convicted of sexual crimes without ties to the city from residing here…


A second reading of the ordinance must be approved before the new language is inserted in the municipal code.
