The City of Sturgeon Bay is celebrating 23 years of public art with this summer’s street art project titled “Bass Around the Bay”. Since last January, artists from across the midwest have been planning and creating their artistic rendition of this year’s template, a bass. There are 27 different exhibited bass around Sturgeon Bay, and you can view them all with the help of a walking map available through Destination Sturgeon Bay, either at their office on 3rd Avenue or through their website at sturgeonbay.net.
All 27 of these bass exhibits are currently being auctioned off, and the bidding is now open until the 23rd annual Street Art Auction on Saturday, September 16th at 5:30PM. To make a bid go to https://events.handbid.com/auctions/2023-bass-around-the-bay
