Archeological Digs at Crossroads

A group of volunteers, young and old, will attempt to confirm the presence of a native population on a parcel of land at Crossroads at Big Creek during archaeological digs at the environmental, educational and historical preserve in Sturgeon Bay. Teachers will be at Crossroads Friday and Saturday taking a one credit graduate level class on teaching archaeology in the elementary school. Then, Monday through Friday, a archaeological dig is planned at the Ida Bay property nearby.
