WDOR News has learned that a $50,000 winning Powerball ticket was sold in Door County. The lucky winner purchased the ticket at PJ’s of Door County at 7513 Highway 42/57, in southern Door County, for Saturday’s drawing. The ticket matched four out of five numbers plus the powerball. The lucky winner has 180 days from the drawing to claim the prize. Winners of more than $599 must claim their prize at the lottery’s Madison or Milwaukee office or by mail. The next Powerball drawing will be Wednesday. The estimated jackpot is $195 million.
