The Wisconsin Lottery has confirmed that a $10,000 winning Powerball ticket was sold Wednesday at the Jandu Petroleum Mini-Mart on Egg Harbor road in Sturgeon Bay. Three other $10,000 winning tickets were purchased in Blair, New Lisbon and Racine. The odds of winning the $10,000 prize are 648,976 to 1. Other Powerball winners in Wisconsin included a million dollars in Racine and $30,000 in Oshkosh. Winners at all prize levels have 180 days to claim their prize by mail or in person at the lottery’s Madison or Milwaukee offices.
