Southern Door celebrated homecoming with a 46-6 win over Oconto Friday night. Quarterback Drew Daoust scored on a 36-yard touchdown run on the opening possession and the Eagles (5-0 Packerland / 7-0 overall) led 20-0 after the first quarter and 40-0 at halftime. Daoust had a pair of touchdown runs in the first half and he also threw and 85-yard TD pass to Will Jandrin on the first play of the second quarter. Zach Lynch had two first half touchdowns, including a 67-yard scoring run and Jerik Valley returned an interception 41 yards for a TD. The Eagles lone touchdown in the second half came on a 1-yard run by Trevin Veeser in the fourth quarter. Oconto (2-3 Packerland / 3-4 overall) found the endzone in the fourth quarter on a 15 yard run by Kyle Bowman.
