The Sturgeon Bay girls basketball team picked up their first win of the season, 52-35, over Sevastopol at Institute on Thursday Night. The Clippers ((1-5, 1-7) trailed 12-2 with 6:47 to play in the first half but took a 21-19 lead into the halftime break and then opened the second half on a 20-4 outburst. Sarah Bridenhagen scored a game high and career high 25 points for Sturgeon Bay while Ashley Alberts added a career high 15. Zoe Kuehn led the Pioneers (0-5, 2-7) with 19 points and Amber Roalkvan added 14.
