Fundraiser for Families Displaced by Apartment Fire

North Shore Bank is hosting a fundraiser in support of the families displaced in the recent Orchards Estates apartment complex fire in Sturgeon Bay. The bank will match up to $500 of the funds donated to a special account set up is support of the affected families. The apartment complex sustained significant damage in the fire February 13th, as a result, several families were left without a place to stay. To help support these families, Prince of Peace Lutheran Church of Sturgeon Bay has opened an account at North Shore Bank. Community members are encouraged to stop by the Sturgeon Bay or Sister Bay offices through Saturday, March 5th and donate to the account. Prince of Peace Lutheran Church is also accepting donated items and gift cards. In addition, North Shore Bank will host a bake sale fundraiser, from 8:30AM to 6PM, Friday March 4th at 225 North 5th Avenue in Sturgeon Bay. All proceeds will be donated to benefit the displaced families.
