A woman was injured Saturday afternoon after she fell off a cliff at Cave Point County Park, in the Town of Sevastopol. The 19-acre park is popular for its picturesque shoreline cliffs, picnic area and half-mile hiking trail. The Sturgeon Bay Fire Department reports that at about 1:30PM, the woman fell 10 to 15 feet to a rocky ledge below. The Jacksonport Fire Department provided a boat as part of the effort to extricate the woman from her position near the water. She sustained a head injury, but was said to be alert and conscious during the rescue operation.
