The Southern Door wrestling team went (1-2) this weekend at the Crivitz Duals while Sturgeon Bay/Sevastopol competed at the 12 team Papermaker Invitational at Kimberly.
Southern Door
The Eagles has had four wrestlers that won three matches on Saturday. Hunter Pawelski (3 pins at 126), Jacob Englebert (3 pins at 138), Colin Schubert (3 pins at 152) and Nolan Wagner (1 pin at 160) all went undefeated. Mitchell Overbeck and Triston Scoville each won two matches.
Sturgeon Bay/Sevastopol
Lucas Stephenson earned a 1st place medal on Saturday while Cole Nebel and Noah Giese were 2nd and third respectively. Finishing in 6th place were Mike Wiegand, Kolt Knutson and Ahmad Rashad.
Swimming
The Sturgeon Bay / Sevastopol swimming team finished in 15th place at Plymouth on Saturday. Trevor Smith placed in the 200 Individual Medley and 100 Breaststroke events.
