Algoma will take on Weyauwega-Fremont in a girls WIAA Division 4 sectional semi-final at Green Bay Preble on Thursday Night. The Wolves (22-2) have tournament wins over Mishicot and Shiocton and are led in scoring by Anna Dier (19) and Baleigh Delorit (14). The Indians (15-10) have post season wins over Rosholt, Kewaunee and Gibraltar and are led in scoring by Karissa Akey (13) and Alyssa Goode (13). This is the 6th straight year Algoma has won a regional championship.
