Ahnapee rallied from an 8-1 deficit in the bottom of the fourth inning to beat Pulaski, 10-8, in the championship game of the Class AA American Legion Regional Tournament at Ashwaubomay Park on Sunday. Tyler Neinas allowed one run in 4.1 innings of relief for the win. The Trailblazers scored 3 runs in the 4th and a single run in the fifth inning. With the bases empty and two out in the 6th, Jaden Diller started a five run rally with a single that was followed by a pair of throwing errors on Pulaski. Jack Peterson, Spencer Krause and Charlie Neinas had RBI singles to spark the rally. Peterson finished with 3 hits (3 RBI) and Krause had two hits (2 runs) and Alex Laughlin scored 3 in the win. Ahnapee will open State Tournament play at 4:00 on Friday at Antigo. (WDOR)
