Roncalli rallied from a 2-0 5th inning deficit to beat Sturgeon Bay in a WIAA Division 2 Regional softball game on Thursday. The Clippers (7-13) took a 2-0 lead on a 5th inning RBI groundout by Emilie Jorns-Frisque and an RBI single by Jackie Herlache. Ali Sommerfeldt retired the first 13 batters she faced before allowing 1 run the 5th inning and 3 more in the 6th. Roncalli will play at Luxemburg-Casco on Tuesday. The Spartans beat Kewaunee 10-0 on Thursday while Brillion beat Gibraltar 12-0.

Sturgeon Bay beat Sevastopol – Gibraltar 10-0 on Thursday. Katiee Glasheen had 4 goals and 2 assists to lead the Clippers. Caimyn Lutze had 2 goals and an assist and Sophia Braschnewitz added two goals. Wynnie Maravilla had a goal and an assist. Caroline Haen also had a goal and Rachel Haight an assist. The Clippers are now 10-3 in conference play with one more game against St. Mary Central at home on Tuesday.
