Because of the Memorial Day Weekend opener, there will be only 14 weeks of racing instead of the usual 19 weeks.  Defending champions from 2011 are Jay Mattias (Modifieds), Troy Muench (Stock Cars), Brad Lautenbach (Northern Sport Mods), Brandon Peterson (Hobby Stocks), Anthony Everard (Street Stocks) and Calvin Stueck (Four Cylinders).  With 185 different racers running at Thunderhill last year, Wodack feels that racing has a positive economic impact on Sturgeon Bay….[audio:|titles=Thunderhill Raceway]
WDOR opening night is set for Saturday, May 26th at Prestige Yacht Coatings Thunderhill Raceway in Sturgeon Bay.
