Sturgeon Bay won a hard fought Packerland Conference boys basketball game over Sevastopol, 49-43 on Friday night in Institute. The Clippers (3-2) opened the game on an 11-0 run only to see the Pioneers gradually get back into the game by halftime and tie the game in the third quarter.
