Julia Gregory
The Door County YMCA Strivers Gymnastics team participated in the 2016 YMCA Gymnastics Nationals on June 29 – July 3 in Long Beach, California. A total of seven Strivers team members competed and they returned with 13 individual medals.

Daylia Sund (Level 2/Child Division) Vault (5th) All Around (10th).
Laci Lautenbach (Xcel Gold/Junior Division) Bars (8th).
Katie Peot (Xcel Gold/Senior Division) Floor (8th) Bars (8th).
Reetika Jandu (Level 6/Senior Division) Vault (5th) Bars (5th) Beam (5th) All-Around (4th).
Great performances were turned in by Level 3 gymnast Chloe Maccaux and Level 6 gymnast Emily Ulberg.
The Striver Team is coached by Nikki Pollman, Amy Gamble, Mikki Rankin, Gerritt DeJonge and Marissa Blahnik.
