Storm Too Much For Clippers

Kewaunee beat Sturgeon Bay 48-8 in an Olympian/Packerland Large Conference football game at Memorial Field on Friday Night.  The Clippers turned the ball over on their first four possessions and Kewaunee took advantage by turning each into a touchdown and an early 29-0 lead.  Austin Kassner had 3 rushing touchdowns in the first half while Logan Brusky threw two first half td’s to Peter Metzler.  Ethan Schleis returned a fumble for a score and Alexander Robinson also had a rushing score for Kewaunee.  Dalton Karl, Noah Kleiman and Sam Kohnle had interceptions.  Jeffrey Alberts threw a 37 yard touchdown pass to Connor Gajda for the Clippers only touchdown.
